Due to the unique nature of our reclaimed items, we offer a 14-day return window for most products to ensure you are completely satisfied with your one-of-a-kind finds. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition with all Unclaimed Baggage tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original store tags and security seals remain intact and visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the package.
